BARRY COUNTY, Mich (May 26, 2014) – The Barry County Sheriff’s Department released the names of two people who were killed in a crash Monday in Carlton Township.
Thirty-seven-year-old Heather Henney, Woodland, and 81-year-old Mary Ranguette, Hastings, both died after an accident at around 2:30 p.m. Monday along Coats Grove Road just west of Becker Road.
In a news release, the sheriff’s office said, “Preliminary investigation shows a 2011 Chevrolet Impala was traveling eastbound on Coats Grove Rd and collided head on with a 2005 Ford Taurus. The driver and lone occupants of each vehicle, sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.”
