GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (May 12, 2014) — A man is recovering in the hospital after a bullet was fired into his home, striking him in the back, police say.
The shooting happened at around 1:15 a.m. on Monday at a home on Adams Street SE.
The Grand Rapids Police Department says it was a possible drive-by shooting, with at least one bullet coming through the wall and hitting the man in the back while he was asleep.
The victim is expected to survive. No suspects are in custody at this time.
