MONTCALM COUNTY, Mich. (March 23, 2014) — One woman is dead and another is seriously injured, after a head-on collision that may have involved alcohol.
It happened early Sunday morning on Wise Road near Shear Road in Eureka Township. Police say a 34-year-old woman crossed the center line, and crashed head-on into another car, driven by an 18-year-old woman.
The 34-year-old was killed, and the 18-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police say alcohol is believed to have been a factor in this crash.
