KALAMAZOO, Mich. (Feb. 26, 2014) — Crews responded to a house fire Wednesday in the 1500 block of N. Edwards Street.
According to public safety officials, the fire was reported at 10:05 p.m. Firefighters on the scene were hindered by frozen hydrants when trying to contain it.
Everyone in the house was able to make it out safely, but as of 11 p.m. crews were still attempting to contain the fire.
