HASTINGS, Mich (February 18, 2014) – A driver in possession of heroin will face charges after giving police officers a fake identification on Sunday.
Bryan Edward Raak was stopped by Hastings officers in the 200 block of East Madison Street around 2:00 p.m. He didn’t have a driver’s license and had Heroin in his possession. He was transported to the Barry County Jail.
Shortly after his arrest, Hastings Officers were notified by a tether unit out of Lansing that Raak was not who he claimed to be, leading to additional charges that will be forwarded to the Barry County Prosecutor’s Office.
