DURHAM, N.C. (Feb. 12, 2014) — Parts of the South are having an unusually cold and intense winter, including North Carolina.
Durham Academy is taking the Arctic weather in stride, announcing an icy school closing to the tune of (what else?) “Ice Ice Baby.”
The video, posted Wednesday by the Academy Head and Assistant Head, announces that school is closed Feb. 13 because “ice is back and the roads will glisten.”
Durham Academy is a private day school for students in Pre-K all the way through grade 12.
