CALEDONIA, Mich. (February 8, 2013) — More than 200 students from across the state from 12 colleges and universities came to Davenport University to compete in business and technology events on Saturday.
Students worked on a variety of more than 50 events, including interviews, speeches and computer skills.
“They get to go in front of real life human resource people to help them learn about an interview and practice and interview, get their resumes ready and so forth,” Ron Draayer of Davenport University said.
The Business Professionals of America picked stand-out students in an award ceremony. Those students go to a national competition in April in Indiana.
