Treacherous conditions for southwest Michigan drivers.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Many West Michigan school districts began announcing additional cancellations Monday afternoon.

The largest, Grand Rapids Public, said it will not open Tuesday for a second day in a row.  Usually the district closes about once a year, said a GRPS spokesperson Sunday.  The metro area had picked up between eight and 10 inches as of Monday afternoon, said FOX 17 Meteorologist Kevin Craig.

Grand Rapids Community College also announced it would be closed Tuesday.

Here is a list of the other school districts which will be closed Tuesday.
