MARTIN, Mich. — A 59-year-old Indiana man has been formally charged for two attempted bank robberys in Martin.
Dennis Love, of South Bend, Ind., was arraigned Monday on two counts of attempted bank robbery, two counts of felony firearm and one count of carrying a concealed weapon for two alleged incidents that happened at the PNC Bank last week.
According to a release, Love approached the bank, located on N. Main Street, Dec. 23 and acted in “a suspicious manner.” When he returned Dec. 27, the bank manager locked the door before he could enter.
Love was arrested in Plainwell after officers pulled him over in a car matching the description given by bank employees. He is currently in the Allegan County Jail.
