GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.- Grand Rapids Police are still searching for the man who robbed the 7-Eleven in the 1300 block of Alpine Avenue.
It happened just before 7:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Police say the man walked into the store armed with a knife and demanded cash and cigarettes. He then ran from the store with both of those.
Police describe the suspect as a black man in his 50s around 6’3″ and balding. They say he was wearing all black clothing including a black hooded jacket with fur.
Police did bring in a K-9 dog but were not able to find the man. Officers say this same store was robbed within the past 10 days and that suspect is still locked up which means this is a different man.
