MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. — A man was taken to the hospital Tuesday night after being shot in Muskegon Heights.
The shooting happened at around 8 p.m. near the intersection of Leahy Street and East Hume Avenue. According to Police Chief Lynne Gill, the victim is believed to be between 17 and 20 years old.
It was unclear how serious the man’s injuries were, but he was not responding when taken to the hospital and was bleeding from the head, according to Gill.
