TROY, Mich. — The makers of the new Star Wars are looking to fill “two major roles” for the new movie, and the search party is planning to stop in Michigan Sunday.

According to a website for Cast It Talent, talent scouts are looking for a young man and young woman for the roles of characters named Thomas and Rachel.

An in-person meet and greet is scheduled from noon to 5 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Somerset Inn, 2601 W. Big Beaver Rd in Troy.  The casting team is also stopping in Austin, Chicago and Nashville.
