VAN BUREN COUNTY, Mich- Chelsea Richards was found safe on Thursday according to the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department. She contacted and met her case manager on Thursday and was taken back to the foster home.
She is in good health and she has been placed in a different adult foster care facility.
The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department still do not know where was when she was missing or what she did.
Richards left the foster home last Sunday to go for a walk and never returned. She does have a history of mental issues and is required to take medication on a daily basis.
