MUSKEGON, Mich. — Following a shooting that left three dead in late September, Muskegon city officials decided to pull the business license of the Elks Charity Lodge.
According to Muskegon City Manager Frank Peterson, an appeal hearing will take place sometime in the next week where a final decision will be made in this case. The Elks Lodge’s liquor license was suspended after the Sept. 22 shooting left three dead and four more injured. The building has been closed since that incident.
