GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Gilda’s LaughFest is inviting individuals and groups to participate in free community showcases during LaughFest 2014.
According to a press release issued on Thursday morning, people of all ages and groups of all sizes are encouraged to show off their talents.
Applications are being accepted through December 1 via the event’s main website.
During LaughFest 2014, officials expect to host more than 100 community showcases and additional free events throughout downtown Grand Rapids, Lowell, and Holland. There are eight categories, including stand-up comedy, music, sketch/improv, and music.
LaughFest 2014 runs March 6 – 16.
