MUSKEGON, Mich. — Craig Harpe, the 53-year-old Muskegon man reported missing Sept. 9, was found dead Tuesday in Ruddiman Lagoon.
According to Muskegon police, Harpe was found in the water near Lakeshore Dr. after a multi-agency search. His cause of death will be determined pending the results of an autopsy.
