Muskegon Attorney Sentenced for 4th Cocaine Conviction

TERRY NOLANMUSKEGON, Mich. — Terry Nolan, a prominent Muskegon attorney, was sentenced to one month in jail Wednesday for his fourth cocaine conviction, according to Chief Assistant Prosecutor Timothy Maat.

Nolan, 55, pleaded guilty to the crime July 18 after being arrested in February.  As part of his sentencing, he will also be under house arrest for five months and probation for four years.  He will still be allowed to leave his house for work.
