SAUGATUCK, Mich.- Just like kids, four-legged friends can be temperamental and easily bored. Perhaps, no matter how much some owners try, they just can’t seem to get in touch with their dog’s needs.
Deb Scanzillo, owner of Dogs Bay Training and certified trainer in Holland, says a dog’s nose is a valuable communication tool that craves to be used, but is often underutilized, leading to the boredom, frustration and bad behavior. Many of those games can be done with common, household items.
Scanzillo is teaming with Groovy Paws in Saugatuck to offer a free “Nose Work Games” Seminar at their facility on Thursday, July 25. Groovy Paws is located at 131 Mason St..
