KALAMAZOO COUNTY, Mich. — A 19-year-old man will be charged with second-degree child abuse in connection with a February fire at Interfaith Apartments in Kalamazoo that killed three children.
Fred Glespie could face up to ten years in prison if convicted of the charge. He is expected to be arraigned in court July 2, and has been taken into custody by the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
