060613radar2GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. –Light to moderate rainfall continues this morning across much of West Michigan. Many areas have seen very little if any rainfall in the last twenty-four hours as rain showers have been light and scattered in nature. Light rainfall overnight and this morning have resulted in around a few one-hundredths of an inch to a tenth at most with the exception of Hastings who saw around a quarter of an inch of rain this morning. Rain will start to taper off this afternoon and early evening allowing from skies to gradually clear. Expect to add a few more one-hundredths to the rain gauge throughout the day today as spotty showers continue to move out.

Temperatures overnight will drop into the low to mid fifties. Another cooler than average day for Friday as temperatures warm into the upper 60’s and low 70’s. Cooler than average temperatures will be short-lived as warmer and drier conditions returns for the weekend.
