Though Michigan’s health insurance exchange will be federally-facilitated, the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) will review all plans to ensure compliance with federal and state law.  All but one of the plans include an individual option.

DIFS anticipates that rate information as well as all other filing data will be made public October 1, after reviews from them and the federal government are completed.
