FLINT, Mich. – The National Weather Service has confirmed that seven tornadoes touched down Tuesday evening in Shiawassee and Genesee Counties.
Several rounds of thunderstorms tracked through Michigan from the early morning through the late evening hours of May 28. The storms during the late afternoon and evening hours occurred during peak heating, taking advantage of a high amount of instability.
