KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The shooting death of Jacob Grassley, 34, has been ruled a justifiable homicide.
Kalamazoo County prosecutor Jeff Getting announced his decision at 3 pm at a press conference.
On January 24th, Grassley was shot to death by a Kalamazoo Public Safety officer inside Best Western Hotel at 3640 Cork Street.
