GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Charges will not be filed after someone claimed they were attacked over the weekend at a downtown Grand Rapids nightspot.
Police said they were called late Saturday night to Mojo’s Dueling Piano Bar and Restaurant, 180 Monroe Avenue, after a subject claimed they were sexually assaulted.
On Monday afternoon a GRPD detective told FOX 17 the alleged victim no longer wants to pursue the case.
