ALLEGAN, Mich. – A man from Allegan County is now facing charges after a police stand-off at around 5 a.m. Monday.
It happened at a home on Ely Street after police got a call from a man who claimed to be suicidal.
Nearby homes were evacuated.
The man is now being taken to a hospital for a mental evaluation.
