Standoff scene 318 Ely Allegan ALLEGAN, Mich. — Police spent the better part of the morning in a standoff with a man holed up in a house near downtown Allegan. The stand-off was at 318 Ely Street at around 5 a.m., and the man was taken into custody shortly after 10:30 a.m.
