BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A 5-year-old death investigation that had been cold is now moving forward after a suspect was charged this week.
Adam Markos, 30, was charged in Calhoun County on Wednesday for the 2007 death of 4-year old Dominic Munoz, his girlfriend’s son.
The boy died from severe head injures, and after examining the case again, the county prosecutor felt there was enough evidence to charge Markos with open murder and proceed in court.
