Ottawa County Flood Clean-up: Kit Distribution

OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich – As flood waters being to recede along the Grand River, the Ottawa County Health Department has teamed up with the American Red Cross to distribute clean-up kits to those affected by the flood.

The kits include useful times such as mops, scrub brushes, shoves and cleaning chemicals that homeowners can use once they’re allowed to return to their homes.  Below is the schedule of where and when to pick up these kits in the next few days:

Tallmadge Charter Township – 1451 Leonard Street, Grand Rapids 49534 – Thursday April 25th – 9:30am-11:00am

Crockery Township – 17431 112th Avenue, Nunica 49448 – Thursday April 25th – 11:30am-1:00pm

Robinson Township – 12010 120th Avenue, Grand Haven 49417 – Thursday April 25th – 1:30pm-3:00pm

Georgetown Fire Station – 1415 44th Street, Jenison 49428 – Thursday April 25th – 3:30pm-5:00pm

Polkton Charter Township – 6900 Arthur Street, Coopersville 49404 – Friday April 26th – 9:30am-11:30am

Grand Haven Township – 13250 168th Avenue, Grand Haven 49417 – Friday April 26th – 12:00pm-2:00pm

American Red Cross – 270 James Street, Holland 49424 – Friday April 26th – 2:30pm-4:30pm
