KENT COUNTY, Mich. – The Kent County Sheriff’s Department and the Kent County Health Department have passed along an update on the on-going flood response.
According to a release provided early Wednesday morning, many people are working to clean the damage that’s been left in homes and yards. The clean-up efforts in the county could last for days, or even weeks. With that in mind, the Emergency Management Division is working to make sure that health and safety are a priority for all in the course of the clean-up efforts.
As of April 24, the State of Emergency issued on April 19 remains in effect for all of Kent County until further notice. The entire update is available below in a .pdf format.
