GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Volunteers are needed to help build sandbags for the city’s wastewater treatment plant.
Volunteers are asked to assist at either 220 Market Avenue in Grand Rapids or 660 Market Avenue.
Help will be needed from 8 a.m. to 9p.m. on April 20.
