Detroit Lions 2013 Schedule Released

ALLEN PARK, Mich. — The NFL released its full 2013 schedule including the Detroit Lions schedule.

The Lions will open the season at home against the Minnesota Vikings and finish the season on the road against the Vikings. For the 21st time, the Lions will host the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving. The Lions only other national television appearance will be two weeks later when they host the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens.

The full schedule including the preseason slate is below:

Friday, Aug. 9: vs. NY Jets, 7:30 p.m. on FOX 17

Thursday, Aug. 15: at Browns, 7:30 p.m. on FOX 17

Thursday, Aug. 22: vs. Patriots, 7:30 p.m. on FOX 17

Thursday, Aug. 29: at Bills, 7:00 p.m. on FOX 17
