DETROIT, Mich. – The Detroit Police Department is trying to locate a missing little girl whose life may be in danger.

Her name is Iyana Oldham, an image of whom was published by WDIV in Detroit.  Police describe the girl as a black female, 5 years old, 3’6″ tall, 40 pounds, and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a dress with a white top similar to a tank top, and the waist down is white with black polka dots.

It is believed that she was taken by her mother’s ex-boyfriend, identified as Desmond Johnson.  Police say he called the girl’s mother, saying he was going to kill her.  He is 33 years old, 6’1″ tall, and 160 pounds.  He has a tattoo of a sun on his left arm, with the word ‘kimora’ written inside it.  Johnson was last seen wearing a blue, orange, and white baseball cap, black jacket, blue jeans, and black Nike shoes with green laces.  He was last seen traveling in an older blue Chevrolet Trailblazer with gold trim.

FOX 17 has calls into the Detroit Police Department to see if there are any connections that could bring the suspect to West Michigan.

Anyone with information is asked to immediately call 911, or the Detroit Police Department at 313-596-5900.
