49-year-old Lawrence Urban is facing criminal sexual conduct charges yet again after another victim went to investigators and said she was sexually assaulted while receiving a massage from Urban sometime in late January or early February of 2013.
The information was reviewed by the Kent County Prosecutor’s Office and an additional 2 count warrant for criminal sexual conduct – fourth degree was authorized.
Urban was arrested on April 1, 2013 on the new warrant and bonded out the same day on a $10,000 bond.
The case is still under investigation.
