Spice rub for Pork or Chicken
2 tablespoons roasted ground cumin
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon allspice
Spice rub will keep in a cool, dry, dark place for about 6 months.
Using a small electric coffee/spice grinder, grind all of the ingredients together. Keep in a sealed container.
