KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A large apartment fire caused damage to about forty units at the Parkview Apartment Complex on Woodstone Drive overnight.
Kalamazoo Public Safety said upon arriving the scene, it took just thirty minutes to control the fire.
They determined the extent of the damage is either water or smoke related.
The American Red Cross is helping dozen of residents who have been displaced by the fire.
According to the Kalamazoo Department of public safety, no one was hurt.
Crews are still at the scene determing the cause, as firefighters at around 5 a.m. are putting out hotspots.
