GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Leonard Street NW in Grand Rapids was scheduled to be closed for repair Friday.
Crews were scheduled to work on a sinkhole repair from 8 a.m. Friday through 8 a.m. Saturday.
The repair was needed on Leonard Street NW west of Alpine Avenue between Garfield Avenue and Valley Avenue.
The recommended detour from the city was to use Richmond Street eastbound and westbound via Garfield Avenue and Bristol Avenue.
