A teenager and a man from the Grand Haven area are in the hospital following a crash involving a couple of dirt bikes on a private road in Robinson Township on Saturday afternoon.

Deputies with the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office were called to a home in the 13000 block of 144th Avenue at 2:07 p.m. on reports of a crash.

When they arrived, they found 15-year-old Jordan Bradley of Grand Haven and 25-year-old Peter Pierson of Grand Haven had been riding 125 CC dirt bikes along a private drive when they collided, throwing each from the bike they were driving.

Bradley was rushed to North Ottawa Hospital, and later airlifted to Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids where he’s listed in critical condition.

Pierson was transported to Spectrum Butterworth Hospital by ambulance, and is listed in serious condition.

Deputies are still investigating what exactly led up to the collision.
