HART, Mich. — A man who called police to report his wife accidentally drowned in a bathtub now faces charges that he did it.
Timothy Shannon, 34, was scheduled for arraignment Wednesday on the homicide charge.
Oceana County Sheriff’s deputies were called on an accidental drowning to the Shannon home at 214 Courtland Street in Hart on December 29, 2012, around 11:30 a.m. The deputies found Lee-Ann Elizabeth Shannon, 34, dead in the tub.
After an interview on Tuesday, the husband was arrested on a homicide charge.
The couple had been married six years.
