GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The three people who died in a murder suicide outside a counseling center have been identified.

Quiana Phillips, 31, and her sister, Chelsea Magoon, 21, died Monday afternoon. Police believe they were shot as they sat in a minivan by Marven Duane Lockridge, 27, and that Lockridge then shot himself. Lockridge died later after being taken to a hospital.

Lockridge was arrested in 2009 and charged with carrying a concealed weapon. He was released 15 months later.
