WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Meteorologist Laura Velasquez: Mostly clear overnight with a lighter breeze and temps falling into the upper teens and low 20s. With the recent snowmelt, extra moisture could produce some patchy fog by morning. Expect sunshine Friday afternoon with high temps in the low 40s. Light rain/snow showers are possible late Friday night into Saturday morning, but nothing heavy is expected. Snowfall up to an inch is possible in Oceana, Newaygo and Mecosta counties. Temperatures may reach the upper 40s near 50 degrees by the end of the weekend. Most of the daylight hours over the weekend will remain dry!

TONIGHT: Mostly clear. Patchy fog/low clouds possible overnight. Lows in the upper teens. Winds southwest at 3 to 7 mph.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny and pleasant with highs in the lower 40s. South/southeasterly wind at 5 to 15 mph.

SATURDAY: Light rain/snow mix chances early in the morning, otherwise becoming partly cloudy. Highs in the mid 40s.

SUNDAY: Partly sunny and mild with a stray sprinkle/shower possible. Highs in the upper 40s near 50 degrees.

MONDAY: Partly cloudy. A bit cooler temperature with highs in the upper 30s.
