A a cold front with an upper level disturbance tracking from west to east Wednesday night night into Thursday morning will bring a good chance of showers and thunderstorms to the area. Then our next heat wave will commence on Friday and beyond with high temperatures at 90 or better through the weekend. Our heat index will likely be in the 98 to 100 degree range. Please be safe.
