WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Meteorologist Erik Kostrzewa: High pressure will slide in tonight to bring the sunshine back for Saturday! Any clouds that linger overnight will be confined to the lakeshore. Snow chances ramp up Sunday and Monday with accumulating snow looking likely. A larger storm system arrives Monday and may spread heavy accumulating snow into our southern counties. Make sure to stay up on later forecasts.

TONIGHT: Slow clearing in the clouds, especially away from Lake Michigan. Snow showers will come to an end. Lows in the lower to middle teens away from the lake. Lows will be around 20 near Lake Michigan.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy. Highs in the upper 20s. Winds west at 5 to 10 mph.

SUNDAY: Snow showers likely, mainly in the morning. Accumulation of an inch or less. Highs around 30.

MONDAY: Snow showers developing later in the day. Snow could be heavy, especially across our southern counties. Highs in the lower 30s.
