WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Meteorologist Laura Velasquez: Dry, calm and quiet tonight with some increasing high clouds and lows in the middle 50s. On Saturday, the ridge of high pressure breaks down and showers will become possible by late in the day. Showers and areas of light rain are much more likely on Sunday and temps will be cooler, topping out near 70. It's likely that showers linger Monday as temps fall back into the 60s for highs. On the whole, temps next week will be slightly cooler than this past week, but still near or even slightly above average for early October. Have a wonderful weekend!
