WEST MICHIGAN — If the mention of 70° caught your eye, the chance is there to hit that number on Tuesday and Saturday.

Outside of the chance of 70°, temperatures will be generally in the 60s with Wednesday and Thursday close to that mark. The reason we won't likely hit 60° both of those days is because of rain.

The spring temperatures come with a very active pattern. Several waves of low pressure will be sent at us bringing periodic rain and storm chances. The good news with the rain chances on Monday and Tuesday is it will primarily come around and after sunset. The majority of the daylight hours those days will be dry and mild.

We will not be as lucky on Wednesday and Thursday, as the majority of the daylight hours will be rainy and breezy.

We will have to watch out for where the heaviest rain sets up this week, as a few spots could see upwards of 3" of rain. That could put some of the rivers into minor flood stage.
