BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Battle Creek Pennfield beat Marshall, 63-42 on Saturday afternoon to advance to the district final but maybe even more impressive is the way the Panthers did it.
Panthers senior Ryne Peterson threw a 99-yard touchdown pass to Luke Davis early in the game before picking off a pass deep into their territory before going 99 yards for the score.
Pennfield will take on Williamston on the road for the district title.
