ROCKFORD, Mich. — Police in Rockford say they are looking to identify a man captured on surveillance.
According to the City of Rockford Facebook page, the man is wanted in questioning of a complaint. They say he was wearing a distinct T-shirt with a bear and says 'Lit' on it.
