Grand Rapids company holds job fair every Wednesday in January

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grand Rapids company Prologistix is holding a job fair every Wednesday this month, and applicants could start work as early as the next week.

Amy Johnson, market manager of Employbridge told FOX 17 that the job fair is walk-in, with masks, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesdays, and the jobs vary.

“Anywhere from pick pack, kitting, forklift drivers, shipping and receiving, so we have a wide range of warehouse jobs available all starting right here in Grand Rapids,” Johnson explained.

Johnson told FOX 17 the pay averages from $14 to $16.50 an hour, and the company offers several other perks like 401K, free college courses and room for advancement.
