NATIONAL — After a senior White House staffer tested positive for the Virus, the President announced via Twitter he and the First Lady would begin quarantining in case of exposure.

The staffer, Hope Hicks, was on Air Force One during Trump's recent trips to Minnesota and Cleveland.
