GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Irish on Ionia has been postponed due to COVID-19 concerns.
BarFly Ventures, the company that puts on the event, announced the postponement Wednesday night.
“After careful consideration and under the recommendations of local and state officials, we have made the difficult decision to postpone Irish on Ionia. Our first priority is to ensure the safety of our staff and guests,” the company said in a statement.
The festival will instead be held later this summer. More details will be released in the next few months on the event’s website.
