MIDLAND — The flood waters are lowering in Midland and residents are starting to clean up.
Christopher Jue has lived in this quaint midland neighborhood for nine years, already living through three alleged 100 year floods.

"Just absolutely devastating going out and looking at these houses, " said Jim Deiters. "My heart goes out to everybody"
